STEP1

1. Prepare & Cleanse
During the warmup you prepare your face for what’s to come. In this phase we remove dead skin cells, dirt and other pollutants from the skin! All you’re going to need is a headband to and a soft make-up remover towel.

STEP2

2A. Tone & Massage

In the middle phase, you perform the strenuous work. Follow these simple movements: place the ball on the cheek and stretch every area of tension. Press the ball, rolling over the skin to provide a massaging effect. 

STEP 2B

2B. Keep toning and massaging
Don’t forget to repeat the massager around the eye, jaw and forehead. Remember to do one side of the face at a time. If you want you call also apply pressure across the neck and shoulders.

STEP 3

3. Stimulate & Relax

The last step is the cool down period, when you go back to a resting state. Place the cubes in a glass in the freezer for 5 minutes. Use one of your favorite moisturizer or serum and gently massage with circular movements around the cheeks, chin and problem areas.
